Within our People Services team in Dahlewitz (near Berlin), we are looking for a motivated People Services Lead (f/m/d) to drive process excellence, ensure seamless employee services, and support continuous improvement across HR operations.

This role acts as a key point of contact for HR processes, contributing to operational efficiency and creating a positive employee experience within an international and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR processes within People Services.
  • Contribute to the development of new techniques and continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to implement and roll out new procedures and processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure a positive employee and customer experience.
  • Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in ServiceNow.
  • Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other Rolls-Royce entities and locations to harmonize HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
  • Solid knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
