Job summary:

As a HRSD Product Owner You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product within the enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem. This role ensures that HR processes, digital workflows, and integrations are designed and optimized to deliver exceptional employee experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance across all regions and business units.

The HRSD Product Owner acts as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, GBS Service Management, and ServiceNow product teams, owning the end-to-end product roadmap, backlog, and value realization for HRSD.

As part of the broader GBS transformation, this role drives the integration of GenAI, automation, and self-service enablement into the HR experience, ensuring HR services evolve with the organization’s digital maturity.

What You will be doing:

  • Own the HRSD product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with global HR and GBS transformation objectives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the HRSD backlog based on value, risk, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify new opportunities for digitization, simplification, and GenAI enablement.
  • Lead HRSD platform enhancements and new module rollouts, ensuring scalable, compliant, and intuitive design.
  • Manage integrations with key HR systems (Workday).
  • Ensure HR processes are harmonized across regions while maintaining flexibility for local regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with ServiceNow developers, UX designers, and process experts to deliver seamless end-to-end HR journeys.
  • Serve as the primary product interface for HR business leaders, HR Operations, and CoEs.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product features and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, benefits, and insights to HR and GBS leadership.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics for HR service delivery (SLAs, XLAs, NPS).
  • Use analytics and AI insights to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all HRSD processes adhere to global data privacy (GDPR), labour, and security regulations. Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to assess platform updates and data integrations.

Position qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation roles in large or global organizations.
  • 2+ years of product ownership or platform management experience, ideally with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Proven success leading HR system implementations, upgrades, or global rollouts with integrations to HRIS, payroll, and learning systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (case management, onboarding, employee relations, lifecycle events, knowledge management).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder priorities, balancing business needs, platform scalability, and user experience.
  • Experience applying agile and DevOps methodologies in HR product delivery.
  • Exposure to GenAI, automation, and self-service technologies within the HR or GBS context.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist, ITIL v4, Agile (Scrum Product Owner) are advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of HR service delivery processes and shared service operations.
  • Skilled in managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and agile delivery cycles.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, case management, knowledge, lifecycle events, and integrations.
  • Exceptional collaboration with HR leaders, IT, and business partners to align priorities.
  • Able to use data and insight to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday), APIs, and integration architecture.
